Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Learn AI (formerly StudyAI, the “App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If these Terms and the EULA conflict, the EULA prevails to the extent of the conflict.

Learn AI uses artificial intelligence to create study plans, slides, quizzes, flashcards, summaries, homework explanations and tutor answers from the material you add — PDFs, photos, audio, YouTube videos with captions, or text. It is a study aid intended to help you learn.

• AI can be wrong. Answers, solutions, page references and pictures may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of place. Check important answers against your textbook or teacher.
• Not professional advice. Learn AI does not provide medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
• Your responsibility. You are responsible for how you use AI output, including following your school’s or institution’s academic-integrity rules. Learn AI is built to help you learn, not to cheat.

• Your rights. Only add material you have the right to use, such as your own textbooks for personal study. You keep ownership of your material.
• Processing. You allow us and our AI provider to process your material only to create your results, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Third-party content. Pictures on slides may come from Wikimedia Commons, PubChem or similar sources under their own licences, and YouTube captions belong to their owners. They are shown for your personal study.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Break any law or any rule of your school, university or examination body.
• Add material you do not have the right to share, or anyone else’s private information.
• Disrupt, reverse-engineer, circumvent limits of, or abuse the App or its AI services.
• Create content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or that violates the rights of others.

• Free to try. Learn AI is free to download, with limits on new plans, tutor questions, photos and sources, and flashcard decks. Free sources can be up to 30 PDF pages or 10 minutes of audio or video.
• Premium. Premium removes these limits. It is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions; the available plans, their prices and billing periods are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by region.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Free trial. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Manage or cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Other devices. Premium is linked to the device you bought it on. On another device signed in to the same Apple ID, use Restore Purchases.

The App, its design and its software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. AI-generated output is provided for your personal study use.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any reliance on AI-generated output, arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above when we do. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
