Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of StudyAI (the “App”), an AI study and homework helper. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

StudyAI uses artificial intelligence to generate explanations, step-by-step solutions, study plans, quizzes, and flashcards based on the questions and materials you provide. It is a study aid intended to help you learn.

• AI can be wrong. Answers may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Always verify important work before relying on it.
• Not professional advice. StudyAI does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
• Your responsibility. You are responsible for how you use AI output, including complying with your school’s or institution’s academic-integrity policies. StudyAI is built to help you learn, not to cheat.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Break any law or any rule of your school, university, or examination body.
• Submit content you do not have the right to share, or anyone else’s private information.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the App or its AI services.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or that violates the rights of others.

• Free to start. StudyAI is free to download with limited free usage. Premium features require a paid subscription.
• Plans. Subscriptions are offered on a yearly (with a free trial), monthly, or one-time lifetime basis. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Manage or cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

The App, its design, and its software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit. AI-generated output is provided for your personal study use.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any reliance on AI-generated output, arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date above when we do. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
