Welcome to Voicion, an AI note-taking app that turns recordings, files and text into transcripts, study notes, quizzes and flashcards.

Account & Login
Voicion supports three secure sign-in methods:
- Sign in with Apple — best for privacy and fast login
- Google Sign-In — works with any Google account
- Email login (OTP) — a 6-digit code is sent to your inbox
Login troubleshooting
- Not receiving the email code → check spam
- Apple/Google not working → update iOS
- Email fails → try another email provider

Transcription

- Multi-speaker detection identifies individual voices
- The note is ready when processing finishes. Long files take longer
Accuracy tips
- Reduce background noise
- Keep the phone near the speaker(s)
- Avoid covering the microphone

Voicion transcribes speech in 99 languages, including English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Italian, German, Portuguese, Russian, Kazakh, Turkish, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Hindi, Indonesian, Ukrainian, Dutch, Vietnamese and Polish.
Voicion translates notes into 40 languages.
Subscription & Billing
The free plan gives you 3 notes with every feature, recordings up to 10 minutes, and shorter PDFs.
Premium includes

Manage your subscription via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
To restore a purchase, open the app and tap Restore Purchases.
Troubleshooting
Can't sign in?
- Try Apple or Google
- Check your connection
- Resend the email code
Transcription failed
- Corrupted or unsupported file
- No speech detected
- Audio too quiet or too loud
Slow processing
- Long videos take more time
- Weak network connection
App crashing?
- Force-close Voicion
- Update the app
- Update iOS
- Restart the device
Privacy & Data
Your notes are stored on your device. While you are signed in, Voicion also saves your notes, transcripts and recordings to your account, so they are backed up. Recordings are kept in private storage that only your account can read.
Who processes your content
- ElevenLabs — speech-to-text
- Google (Gemini) — study notes, summaries, quizzes, flashcards, chat, translation, and reading PDFs and photos
We do not use your recordings or notes to train AI models. We collect usage analytics and crash reports to improve the app.
To delete your account together with your notes, transcripts and audio on our servers, tap the gear icon on the home screen, then tap Delete account.
